Slight pain in left testicle, cause of the gym?
Hello! Pain in the testicle which has appeared after the gym can be caused by inguinal hernia or varicocele. Hernia should give pain while lifting heavy objects and coughing. Varicocele can be palpated as a noodles in the scrotum. I suggest you to have testis ultrasound done. Regards.
