Respecting the body when we find ourselves when injured is very important. You may not wish to miss you gymclass now and get it healed but remember by insisting you may make it even worse that would warrant you missing even more gymclasses with more consequences.
Take some time off these classes, get healed before resuming. Pain medications and ice packs would help.

There are no medicines to improve. Still you are an young man please visit a dietician and have a balanced diet. Go gym and hire a trainer. Be regular at gym
