What are the effects of AC gym and non AC gym?
i am doing gym in a non ac gym from past 6 months now they have newly opened an ac gym near our area..my coach is telling..that we should sweat a lot when we are working out which will not happen in ac gym,,is it true??

Respecting the body when we find ourselves when injured is very important. You may not wish to miss you gym class now and get it healed but remember by insisting you may make it even worse that would warrant you missing even more gym classes with more consequences.
Take some time off these classes, get healed before resuming. Pain medications and ice packs would help.
