Hi thanks for using HCM. The frequent bleeding may be due to mucosal injury happened during surgery that has not healed or due to self trauma. Get examined by ENT once and also get done omplete haemogram to know any pathology. Regards

Dry hacking cough may be due to allergy ( sneezing, running nose, lacrimation ( tears in eyes)and patient feels congestion in the chest and difficulty in breathing ( if severe ).
