sir my right testicle is larger than the left one.Is this ok.? and for some time I m feeling pain in my right testicle, slow and steady pain.what should I do.?

Besides restricting salt intake, whats the best way to get body salt in balance or at appropriate level? Take magnesium? Herbs?
To maintain body's balance salt level , 1) stop taking excess of salt, 2) stop using frozen/ preserved food, use freshly cook food. 3) Eat vegetables and fruits (any will help).4) Drink some milk. Leave the rest to you body, it knows how to balance the every day salt.
