Atrial Fibrilation ? Will they try cardioversion again ?
I am in Afib. I had a sucessfull cardioversion 6 days ago. Today I reverted back to Afib. Cardiologist is out of office until Tuesday. Does anyone know if this is common (reversion)? Will they try cardioversion again? Am I stuck with this?
Is it good tp ice muscles after strenuous exercise?

to me it is not very useful, and even potentially dangerous. After strenuous exercise, temperature is raised. Ice could cause drastic temperature drops. This could be potentially fatal if the hypothalamus, the brain temperature center reacts by ordering excess temperature increases reflexes. Person might die of reflex hyperthermia. thanks

Yes, you can exercise on hypertensive medicine. Start with light exercise and slowly keep on increasing till the level you desire to achieve. Only precaution is that your should not over stretch your self and take adequate rest in between the workouts. Heavy exercise elevate heart rate hence there develops elevation in the blood pressure , this causes migraine . Only way is gradually increase the speed of exercise.
2nd option take rest in between exercise.age is an important factor.
