I get recurrent episodes if burning eyes, body ache and feeling thirsty with heat coming out of body but no temperature. Feel better with paracetamol.
\this might be due to local body temperature is more, better you should take cold things do cold sponging if not relieved then take paracetamol.
drink plenty of water. put artificial tears refersh tears eye drop in your eyes and wash them with cold water. you can also rub onion juice on feet when going to bed,it removes body heat
