So... I have a sore on my right foot on the left side under my bigtoe. It hurts to walk also. Could this be a bunyon?
If there is deformity at base of great toe and lateral deviation of tip of great toe then it can be bunion. There are other causes which can cause pain in this location.Gout or osteoarthritis are also common cause of pain in this region.Xray and clinical evaluation can help in evaluation.Regards
My husband's feet, 57 years old, mostly his toes and heels burn and experience pain even shooting pains. We have checked his blood sugar and it is normal
Thanks for contacting HCM
If blood sugar is normal then it may be due the tarsal tunnel syndrome.Patients with TTS typically complain of numbness in the foot radiating to the bigtoe and the first 3 toes, pain, burning, electrical sensations, and tingling over the base of the foot and the heel. Thanks Dr Hariom Sharma
