my right arm gets numb when I sit down what do I do
Thank you for posting your query. Numbness could be because of pressure over the nerve when you sit down. So, there is no need to worry as it is a normal phenomena. However, if the numbness persists at all times, get it evaluated by a neurologist.

I think I have a pinched nerve. It hurts when i sit or lay. My leg goes numb sometimes. Its been going on 4 a week or so. What do I do? am I gonna be okay?? :(
pain while sitting and numbness in leg could be due to nerve compression in spinal canal area.
i recommend you to visit orthopedician and get investigation and medicationa ccording to doctor opinion.
mri scan of spine might be helpful if he suspects any nerve compressions.
that will rule out any pathology related to nerves.
