Right side chest pain associated wit cough and sputum indicates lung infection .
if no cough then its a reffered pain of peptic ulcer or GERD.
I suggest you to get prescribed for Omeprazole for 1week once daily will subside symptoms.

Chest pain can be due to gastritis.
I prefer Rabeprazole with Domperidone tablet to my patients with similar complaints.
You should not take Spicy foods,carbonated drinks,caffeine products.
Avoid pain killers.
