Suffering form high triglycerides

Thanks for your query. Levels of all components of Lipids are high. Get his Thyroid check done. He needs to take Statin group of drugs to bring down cholesterol levels. Low fat diet, regular exercises + Statins will lower cholesterols.

Since you have not mentioned your height,I can not comment on your required BMI.
However your BP and triglyceride levels are definitely high which need attention.
For high triglycerides,you have to quit sugary foods,colas,junk foods,alcohol etc.
Do regular exercises.
Consult a doctor for prescription of anti hypertensive medicines.
