Heart beats more than 100 / minute is known as tachycardia and regular tachycardia is an indication of heart disease .
If occasionally occurs then may be due to hyper acidity or tension as there is also dizziness and nausea , fluttering .
As you are so young ( 26 years ) so if occurs sometimes due to stress or tension don't worry.
If occurs regularly consult a physician and get his opinion.
what kind of virus involves dizziness, nausea, face burning, elavated heart rate. and diarrhea?
Presence of diarrhea suggest this could be some intestinal virus such as adenovirus. However as there are numerous strains of virus it could be hard to predict which one could be the cause - either by history or investigations.
