My knees makes a pop sound and my vertebral column cause some pain cause i misturbate alot no i stopped doing that how long should i wait to be normal again
If it does not go back, see a doctor, as there may be another cause for it. Pop sound in knee can be due to ligament rupture in knee. Back pain can also have many causes.
few months ago I hit my knee against the wall. now there is a bump when I bend. not pain when I press. but hurts when I kneel or squat
Thank you for posting your query.
Your symptoms are probably related to the injury due to hitting the knee against the wall. It could be a hematoma (blood collection) or an injury to the ligament around the knee. Please show to an orthopaedic surgeon.
