Pain in heart in young age needs to be evaluated by ecg, echocardiography, etc. Chest pain may arise from many structures like heart, lining of heart, lung and its lining, blood vessels, musculoskeletal, etc.
Lying down my heart is 94 bpm. For 20 years old is that normal?
The normal heart beat ranges from 60 to 100 beats per minute.
Resting pulse rate should also be below 100 beats per minute.
So your heart beats is well within the range of normal.
If you have any other associated cardiac complaints like chest pain or breathlessness then you may need an ECG and ECHO.
In that case you may consult a Cardiologist.
